Have you ever over-analyzed and made catastrophic scenarios about a situation only to find out later that you were wrong or quite the opposite, feeling relaxed about a situation and then discover that you are in a absolute mess?
I tend to stress over things just because I do not want to be in the latter situation. However, recently I heard the quote of the happiest person in the world. “If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If a problem can not be solved, what is the use of worrying?
